Using it,
the right way

1. Prepare

Pick a clean, dry, hair-free area on your upper body or outer arm. Avoid oily, broken, irritated, or burned skin. Wash hands and skin with plain soap and water; dry completely. Do not use lotions, oils, or products with aloe, lanolin, or glycerin that leaves residue preventing sticking.

2. Apply

Open the sealed pouch only when ready. If the patch is damaged, discard it. Peel off the protective liner carefully, touching the sticky side as little as possible. Press the patch firmly onto your skin for 10 seconds, especially around the edges. Wash hands with water only after applying as nicotine can irritate the eyes or nose.

3. Remove

After 24 hours, peel off the patch and fold the adhesive side together. Place in the pouch for safe disposal. Wash the area with soap and water to remove any residue. Apply the next patch to a different spot and make sure to rotate sites daily and avoid reusing the same area for at least a week. Never wear more than one patch at a time or cut patches into pieces.
