the right way

1. Dissolve

Place lozenge in your mouth and allow it to slowly dissolve (about 20-30 minutes) Do not chew or swallow lozenge.

2. Rotate

Occasionally move the lozenge from one side of your mouth to the other until completely dissolved (~20 to 30 minutes).

3. Use
