Using it,
the right way

1. Dissolve

Place lozenge in your mouth and allow it to slowly dissolve (about 20-30 minutes) Do not chew or swallow lozenge.

2. Rotate

Occasionally move the lozenge from one side of your mouth to the other until completely dissolved (~20 to 30 minutes).

3. Use

Use 4mg nicotine lozenges if you smoke within 30 minutes of waking up and 2mg lozenges if you smoke more than 30 minutes after waking up. See package for full direction for use. Use as directed.
